An easy and delicious rice side dish. Serve it with your favorite chicken recipe or on it's own!
Bloom the saffron in hot water like tea and add the water to the pot. The saffron strands will not bloom if you add them directly to the rice.
Once your rice is cooked, add the dried fruit and nuts to the pot and leave for about 10 minutes. Stir the rice, fruit and nuts and serve with Moroccan chicken.
