How To Make  Easy Moroccan Rice Pilaf

An easy and delicious rice side dish. Serve it with your favorite chicken recipe or on it's own!

Start with the best foundations

Dried fruits and nuts.

Basmati rice- you can use jasmine too.

Saffron- it can be expensive, so you can skip this part.

Bloom the saffron in hot water like tea and add the water to the pot. The saffron strands will not bloom if you add them directly to the rice.

⭐️ Why this recipe works Balance of flavors: The natural nutty flavor of Basmati rice goes hand in hand with these Middle Eastern spices. They enhance each other, making every bite perfectly balanced. Simple prep: This straightforward rice pilaf recipe makes it easy for anyone to prepare without needing advanced cooking skills. Versatile side dish: This rice pilaf pairs well with various main dishes, from grilled meats to vegetable stews, making it a great side dish for any meal.

Once your rice is cooked, add the dried fruit and nuts to the pot and leave for about 10 minutes. Stir the rice, fruit and nuts and serve with Moroccan chicken.
