2 baby cauliflowers , or 1 large 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon ground cardamom 2 teaspoon pomegranate molasses salt pepper Rose Harissa Yogurt 150 g Fat Free Greek 2 tablespoon Rose Harissa Paste 2 tablespoon chopped cilantro/coriander pomegranate seeds
Directions Preheat the oven to 180c
Place the cauliflowers into a small roasting pan and drizzle with the olive oil, molasses and then sprinkle with the cardamom and salt and pepper.
Roast in the oven for about 20 minutes covered, or until a small knife goes through without resistance.
