Honey Baked Figs
These vanilla and honey baked figs are the perfect juicy, sweet fruit topping to any breakfast or dessert. Perfect on porridge, pancakes or ice cream. Super easy to make and last in the fridge all week.

Ingredients

figs cut into quarters

Tablespoons
honey
1
teaspoon
vanilla powder or 1 vanilla pod scraped
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 170c or 350f.
Cut the figs into quarters and place in a roasting tray.
Drizzle with the honey and sprinkle with the vanilla powder.
Roast in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, until the figs are soft and juicy and warm.
Store the figs and the juice from the pan in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
