Miracle 2 Ingredient Naan Bread

Miracle 2 ingredient naan bread creamy Greek yogurt mixed with fluffy self raising flour and a pinch of salt.

  • 2 heaped soup spoons of self raising flour
  • 2 heaped soup spoons of fat free Greek yogurt
  • pinch of salt


  • Instructions
  • Place the yogurt and the self raising flour in a bowl and mix well.
  • The dough should be soft, but not sticky. If it’s sticky add more flour.
  • Tip the dough onto a floured surface and bring into a disc.
  • Cut the dough into 4 - 6 pieces, depending on the size of naan you want. Roll out to about 5mm thick.
  • Heat a non stick skillet over a medium high heat and add the naan. Cook in the dry pan for about 3 minutes on the first side. Flip and cook for a further 2-3 minutes.
  • Serve with curry, chilli, or pasta.


Notes: to make your own self raising flour add 2 tsp baking powder to 150g/ 1 cup of flour. Whisk together and use as self raising flour.
