Turkey Carrot And Goat's Cheese Gozlemes. These are protein packed Turkish style stuffed flat breads with delicate vegetables and a creamy yogurt sauce.

  • Ingredients
  • 500 g ground turkey
  • 1 Tbsp ras el hanout
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic
  • 4 chapatis
  • 200 g soft goat’s cheese
  • Yogurt sauce
  • 100 ml Greek yogurt
  • juice of one lemon
  • salt and pepper
  • green chilli sliced for garnish
  • pine nuts for garnish
  • micro green for garnish


  • Instructions
  • Brown the turkey.
  • Add the onion and garlic. sauté.
  • Add chilli flakes and ras el hanout. Cook for another minute.
  • Place in the turkey mix in a bowl. Wipe the pan out.
  • Add another bit of oil and add the chapati to the pan.
  • Place a quarter of the filling in the centre.
  • Sprinkle the goat's cheese on top. Be generous!
  • And flip the other empty side of the chapati over the filling to create a pocket or pillow.
  • Cook on each side for about 3 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the chapati is golden and crisp.
