3 Ingredient Honey Garlic Chicken

A healthy and quick weight watchers dinner. Juicy grilled chicken drizzled with a sweet and savoury honey garlic sauce.

  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 chicken breast cubed


  • Mix the first 3 ingredient in a bowl and whisk.
  • Reserve half the sauce in a separate bowl
  • Add the chicken and leave to marinade for about 20 minutes.
  • Thread the chicken through some bamboo skewers.
  • Cook the chicken in a grill pan or on the bbq until cooked through. About 20 minutes.
  • Serve with brown rice or noodles and veggies.
  • Makes 2 skewers.
