3 Ingredient Honey Garlic Chicken
A healthy and quick weight watchers dinner. Juicy grilled chicken drizzled with a sweet and savoury honey garlic sauce.
Servings 2 Servings
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 chicken breast cubed
Mix the first 3 ingredient in a bowl and whisk.
Reserve half the sauce in a separate bowl
Add the chicken and leave to marinade for about 20 minutes.
Thread the chicken through some bamboo skewers.
Cook the chicken in a grill pan or on the bbq until cooked through. About 20 minutes.
Serve with brown rice or noodles and veggies.
Makes 2 skewers.
