Fig and Prosciutto Pizza with Arugula
This fig and prosciutto pizza is the perfect dinner lifesaver. Jazz up pizza night with onion marmalade, juicy ripe figs and creamy salty prosciutto.
Servings 8 Slices
- 1 quantity of perfect pizza dough
- 2 Tbsp red onion marmalade
- 3 figs cut into quarters
- 6 strips prosciutto
- 1/4 cup parmesan
- 1 ball mozzarella
- 3 Tbsp pine nuts
- handful of arugula/ rocket
- drizzle of good quality honey
Preheat the oven to 190c/ 375f.
Roll the pizza dough out on a surface dusted with fine semolina or flour.
Spread the marmalade over the base of the pizza.
Lay the prosciutto out over the pizza.
Top with the parmesan and mozzarella.
Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the pizza if golden and the cheese is bubbling.
Makes 8 slices.
